Ms. Neeraja P Pillai has completed her Integrated MSc chemistry from Amrita Viswa Vidhya Peedam, Kollam. She has done her final year masters thesis on “ Gold-Silver alloy encapsulated PEDOT Nano composites for the non-enzymatic voltammetric detection of histamine. She has also completed/ worked on another project “ Interfacial tension induced synthesis and characterization of PEDOT: Teanostructre. Her area of research is interface assisted polymerization of conductive polymers, Microfluidic based biosensors for disease diagnosis and advanced 2D materials based technologies for healthcare applications. She has published 3 papers in reputed international journals.
Ms. Aiswarya A S has completed her Masters in Chemistry from Amrita Viswa Vidhyapeetham, Amritapuri, Kollam and Bachelors in Chemistry from Assumption College Changanassery, Kottayam, Kerala. She has done her final year master’s thesis on “Preparation of Copper-Graphene Oxide Nano composite and its Application for polymerization Reaction”. She has also worked on another project “ Chitin Extraction from Prawn Shell and Preparation of Chitosan”. Her research interest lies in the area of Polymer Chemistry and Nanotechnology. She has published a paper in reputed international journals.
Ms. Krishna Aravind P has completed her Masters in Chemistry from Amrita Viswa Vidhyapeetham, Amritapuri, Kollam and bachelors in Chemistry from Providence Women’s College, Calicut, Kozhikode . She has done her final year masters thesis on “ Non-enzymatic electrochemical detection of glutamic acid using Ni(OH)2/ MWCNT modifies glassy carbon electrode. She has also worked on another project “Study of time dependence on corrosion inhibiting efficiency of coconut water in sulfuric acid. Her areas of research are Electrochemical Nano sensors using 2D meal oxides/ hydroxide-bimetal oxide, Interface assisted synthesis and study of 2D materials, Applications of carbon based materials and Material degradation studies and natural corrosion inhibitors. She has received inventor ship in the Indian patent filed for “ Non-enzymatic electrochemical sensor for real-time detection of glutamic acid and method thereof ”.
