Sports and games are very important for us. They keep us healthy and fit. They provide a positive switch from the monotony of daily life, thereby energizing us for our daily activities. Sports and games help in building. They give us energy and strength, and bring out the best in us; in terms of emotional and physical potential. During sports we come to learn many things. We can attain mental regulation by receiving the strength to face every situation. Sports develop a sense of friendliness. They develop in us team spirit. They help in developing mental and physical toughness. Our body becomes fit and becomes stronger as days pass. They remove tiredness and lethargy. They improve blood circulation. This improves our physical well- being. Thus sports have great value in life.
